Using Ride with GPS for Navigation

Stay on track with Ride with GPS, the official navigation tool for the Wildflower Ride & Festival. With a free starter account, you’ll get turn-by-turn directions (including voice navigation!), offline maps, and printable cue sheets.

 How to Access Wildflower Routes
  1. Download the Ride with GPS app (iOS or Android) and create a free account.
  2. Join the Chico Velo Route Club:
    • In the app, go to Add Friends and search for Chico Velo.
    • Select Chico Velo Route Club, then open the 2026 Wildflower Ride & Festival event in April.
    • Or, simply use this link.
  3. Choose your route and:
    • Tap Navigate for turn-by-turn guidance
    • Tap Save to download for offline use
    • Tap Pin to keep it in your library

Route Options
  • View routes directly in Ride with GPS (best on mobile).
  • Can’t view them in your browser? Use the app for full access.
  • Prefer paper? Print your own cue sheets from the app.

Important Tips
  • Navigation drains your phone battery — bring a charger or backup battery pack.
  • Download maps before the ride if you expect spotty service.
  • Cue sheets are also available as a backup.
