The Chico Wildflower returned to the California century scene in April 2022, after a two year pause, and we had a blast with over 2,000 riders. We hope everyone who participated had a great time and we look forward to next year's Wildflower on Sunday, April 30th, 2023.

New to the Wildflower?
Chico Wildflower Century riders can enjoy several route options designed for riders at all ages, stages, and abilities. Your registration includes rider goodies, fully loaded rest stops, SAG support, maintenance at stops, and a delicious catered post-ride meal and dessert with local beer available for sale on tap. Within online registration, you can pre-order merchandise that will be waiting for you at check-in. We kick off each year with a pre-ride celebration, the Saturday before, called the WildFest. We welcome riders and the public to the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds for a cycling and wellness inspired expo, local food trucks, Sierra Nevada beer, the Wildflower store, yard games, and more. The Chico Wildflower is a jam-packed cycling inspired weekend made for everyone and we want you to join us!
What You're Supporting:
The Wildflower is brought to you by Chico Velo, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to promote bicycling for transportation, recreation and health through public education, advocacy, and community stewardship. All net income from the annual Wildflower Century goes directly to supporting Chico Velo's regional advocacy for safer bicycling infrastructure, community education and stewardship, and our trail work programs. By participating, you are supporting a cause that goes further than the miles you ride in one day!
