Nutrition (2023)
Whether you are riding your first century or shooting for a personal best, fueling your body properly is key to a great ride experience and we've got you covered! We provide a variety of nutritious foods at each stop, keeping dietary restrictions in mind as we work with local bakeries including Great Harvest and Camina Bakery to provide freshly baked goods. There will be fresh fruit, Maisie Janes assorted nuts, Wholesome cold-pressed energy bars, and other healthy options. If you do have a specific dietary need or concern, please bring snacks for yourself in addition to the options we provide to ensure you have what you need.
Hydration (2023)
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors at Mt. Shasta Spring Water, you'll stay hydrated at every stop. We also provide a variety of electrolyte and mineral charged beverages by LMNT at all stops and the Fairgrounds.
Post-Ride Meal (2023)
Once you've finished your ride, join us in the Commercial Building for a nutritious post-ride meal by Aca Taco! We are so excited to have Aca Taco sponsor and cater for the post ride meal at the Wildflower! The meal will be a fully catered Mexican cuisine dinner with omnivore, veggie/vegan, and gluten free options. Flatflower 12 riders, Childflower 12 riders, and non-riders may purchase a meal ticket at the Wildflower Store for $15 on the day of the event or when you register for the event in the online registration store.
